Cancun Romantic Hotels In 2020

The friendly attitude and helpfulness of every employee was outstanding. Have stayed at a few other all inclusive resorts in Mexico and this one stood out above all the rest.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Safe and clean! Overall accommodations were excellent, one of the best experiences ever in Mexico. Will definitely return next year on our vacation. Shed a tear when we had to leave.

Everything was amazing the people are what does it. So friendly and kind. So on top of things. Very relaxing. Next to no music at the pool and no good night entertainment. So, if you want that this place is not for you! If you want to relax and meet great people 💯 they have that

Everything was easily accessible, pool with an ocean view and swim up bar...what else could one want?

Food was crap! Sodas all watered down. Didn’t even taste like coke. Had employee as soon as we checked in basically try and get us to go to one of their " Secrets VIP " meeting where we get better prices - basically a timeshare. Got upset when we rejected his offer to go ahead with that service.

Bar service at the beach was outstanding. Extremely attentive and very helpful.. we didn’t have to find them they were always right there making sure we had everything we needed.

The grounds, lobby and common areas and rooms are beautifully kept. The staff is great as well.

The property was overall very nice. However, when we got to our room, we had difficulties with the showerhead, it wasn't working properly. My parents definitely still had a good time

Our trip was better than expected. The rooms and resort were very clean. Our food and drinks were all wonderful. The service was excellent everywhere we went. We were well taken care of. Some of the fixtures in the room are showing their age and cheap quality, but that is to be expected from a resort ...

On 14/02/20 returned to my room that night to find a book and a packable fan missing. I had read the book the night before and we were gone all day. The only ones on the room...us and cleaning. All the years I traveled I've never had anything missing until now. I also twisted my ankle on the uneven ...

I loved everything. The staff was particularly amazing. Only complaint were the TVs. No smart TVs no option for Netflix and majority of channels were Spanish. Otherwise an absolutely resort and plan on returning.

I liked its amenities. I wish it was a little closer to the downtown night life
