The property is wonderful, this was the 4th time there. The rooms are as good as it gets. The restaurants are top notch too. My only complaint is lack of ice machines and I think they should put some booze in the rooms like Riu properties do.

If I ever get back to Isla Mujeres, I won’t be staying anywhere else but here. The amenities were beautiful and the food was great at the restaurants on site. The resort is centrally located within walking distance to the beach as well as to the main strip with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping, as well as whale shark tours (a must-do!). The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating - thank you so much to Jesus, Jose, and everyone else at Privilege Aluxes!

Very pleasant staff. They did their best to help us when we had questions. Breakfast bar was excellent. Room was great, but flooded when it rained, we mopped it up with beach towels. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay and close to all the fun beach clubs and restaurants. We really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The breakfast on the beach was amazing! I will say the dinner food was lacking almost like the meat was microwaved and lacked flavor. But other than that it is an all around great place to stay and be able to relax. We plan to go back soon!

We were given a lovely welcome from Reception staff, with it being our honeymoon, and had booked a great room with a whirlpool bath and a fantastic view. The bedroom, bathroom and suite were styled well (minimalist), although unfortunately the room has not been well cleaned on the first day and we had to encourage a thorough clean on day two (although when encouraged, it was then done to a good standard). The pools were great, the gym was fine and we could use our wristbands on checkout day for a few hours extra (which helped).
