Staff very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights over our anniversary and on check in found out our room had been upgraded, panoramic sea views on the top floor and an outdoor whirlpool, sparkling wine and a decorated bed. Breakfast was good, food tastey. The hotel is very close to Hidalgo and of course right on the beach. Managed to park our golf cart outside. We would recommend this hotel.

This is the ONLY adults only all inclusive in the island, and by far the BEST location in the island. Its beach front to the best beach location and only a couple steps to the main restaurant strip. They also will rent you the golf car which is better priced than the streets and you get to keep it overnight whoch lets you see the sunrise the day after and you can drive across the island. The food was grrat and the rooms and premises super clean. We will def recommend and be back
