Very laid back hotel, the staff are very helpful, and the 2 restaurants, the Italian and Mexican are on point, they clean up the beach everyday to keep the sargassum off, love the beach one the of the best ones around isla, would totally recommend if you want to disconnect from the world

JC was great and provided excellent customer service. The staff was nice and courteous and the beach was amazing. Unfortunately our room was very outdated, The shower had a bad smell, the furniture was old, one one side of the bed had an outlet, and the sink area was too small.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to enjoy throughout our stay. The beach access was excellent, and the beautiful turquoise waters tropical. This Hotel is very family-friendly and offers a wonderful atmosphere for guests of all ages. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation

This is probably the best view I’ve ever had in the waters were so blue. I wasn’t really excited about the food. The grill was probably the best part. The rooms could use a little updating and there’s bird poop everywhere near the villas. Understandable with how many birds are there, but it doesn’t even seem like they keep it clean as they go. They just let it be. Lots of water sports to borrow equipment very easy to borrow and go back to that pool area for snorkeling. We saw an octopus. If you’re looking for a relaxation view and you don’t really care about the food cause you wanna go in town more this is a great resort. Unfortunately, our family member didn’t have warm water for the first two days. It was kind of a hassle.

Location, location, location!!! Hard to beat being surrounded by water on all sides of the private islet. Waking up and having access to Punta Norte everyday was amazing. Basically a giant salt water pool! Great for small children, shallow, walkable! The serving staff is the best! Front desk staff is great too! *Be advised on the “90-minute” sales pitch, super aggressive, just say no from the start. Not the most modern rooms, but again, it’s as maintained as possible and you can’t beat the location. Recommend renting a golf cart and exploring the main island for a day. The food is decent. The buffet has a big griddle where you can ask for omelets in the morning, fresh meats and fish for lunch and dinner! Would definitely return here!
