By far my favorite resort in Cancun. Had the best time. Food was pretty good for resort food. Diamond club is definitely worth the upgrade. Jancito at the hideaway pool was probably my favorite person. Everyone is super friendly and super helpful. The amenities and amount of things to do on the property are pretty great!

The rooms were very clean and spacious. After booking, I read reviews and was very nervous to stay at this resort. But I was pleasantly surprised. The food was out of this world, everything was super conveniently located. We had no issue getting into restaurants without reservations or getting pool chairs. The only thing we would have changed was having Coke instead of Pepsi LOL. We are already planning our next trip back

For being an average rated chain this hotel was surprisingly well maintained, large, clean, good service and better than expected food. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another Royalton vacation if I wanted to save money over other comparable resorts like Secrets. Unless you’re very particular you’ll be just as happy here.

Everything here was amazing. I don’t have a single complaint. We had an amazing time and were already looking into when we can return. Staff was all super helpful and really nice. The only downside was the sargassum on the beach, however the staff did the best they could cleaning it up each day. It’s completely out of their control how much seaweed comes to shore from the ocean. Our room was amazing too. Our room was upgraded for free and we didn’t even ask for it. The experience was perfect all around. Can’t wait to return!

This was my third time back at this property and fourth time at a Royalton resort. The hospitality is unmatched! We always have such a wonderful time whenever we visit this resort, especially this time because we booked a Diamond Club Hideaway room, which came with butler service and also access to both Hideaway and Diamond Club amenities. Our butlers were able to book all dinner reservations and our complimentary hydrotherapy massage for us so we did not have to worry about anything. The bartenders at the swim up bars at the Hideaway pool are all so friendly, especially Manuel who we chatted with. The staff are always maintaining the property, making sure the guests are having a good overall experience. The food at this property is also very good, my husband and loved going to Gourmet Marche for breakfast every morning. The food trucks by the pool were very convenient when we wanted to grab a quick bite for lunch and still continue enjoying our pool time. Great experience overall as always, definitely will be back!
