For this being the first time in Cancun I’m glad I choose this adults only resort. It was very peaceful and fun at the same time. If you’re looking to relax, this resort is it. If you’re looking to party, I would stay somewhere closer to the center of the zona Hotelera. The hotel staff were always helpful and amazing. We loved our entertainment staff Jonathan and Ari! And loved the manager of the breakfast/lunch buffet.

I got a preferred room, which I loved due to access to all the preferred areas that not everyone can get into. The room was beautiful, very modern and up-to-date facing the ocean. Room service was amazing. Available 24/7 and our mini fridge was always stocked up with whatever we would like. They have a really good café. That is open. 24 hours a day. The restaurants are super delicious. Highly recommend I am definitely staying here again for my next trip to Cancún. Five out of five stars.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean, food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. Richard from sky bar was very attentive and experienced with the drinks. Alfonso, our concierge, was also very helpful and informative, he helped us book a last minute excursion to Xoximilco with a private shuttle instead of the tour bus, which also took a lot less time to arrive to the destination for around the same price. Overall, would love to come back to this hotel if we ever go again without our kids.

Santiago 2.0 on the entertainment team was fantastic. We couldn’t believe he remembered our names and made a point to check in on us every day. All the staff was attentive and friendly
