We really enjoyed the food and the amazing staff, they are all super friendly and helpful. The only thing that we didn't like was that the second breakfast/lunch restaurant was never opened during our stay and so there was always a line of people waiting to eat in the morning.

The Fiesta Americana Condesa property was clean. The pool is good. Food is average. 2 of the major restaurants (Mexican or Italian) were closed 2 out 4 days we were there. Even the pool area bar and restaurants close by 6 PM. So, food wise it is not great. Rooms, stay are good and people are freindly.

The hotel is really clean, the foods are delicious. My favorite restaurant was the Italian. The only thing the hotel need more activities for people on vacation. At night it kind of dead not much todo that the only thing I didn't like.

An Amazing Family Vacation! 🌴☀️ We had such an amazing vacation with our kids, and this hotel was worth every penny! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything was so easy and stress-free. A special shout-out to Claudio, our poolside waiter, who was so kind and made our days even more enjoyable! ❤️ We loved all the amenities, and most importantly, our kids had the best time! We made wonderful memories and would definitely recommend this hotel for an unforgettable family vacation! 🌟

I visited the property for my cousin's wedding. Everything was perfectly arranged from the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour to the reception. The food was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean.

The resort is more like a family resort. The food was good, the staff are nice mostly Spanish speaking. I know the resort is under new management. It need more entertainment for adults and young adults after 11 the place looked dead that is the only thing I didn't like.
