We really enjoyed the food and the amazing staff, they are all super friendly and helpful. The only thing that we didn't like was that the second breakfast/lunch restaurant was never opened during our stay and so there was always a line of people waiting to eat in the morning.

The resort is more like a family resort. The food was good, the staff are nice mostly Spanish speaking. I know the resort is under new management. It need more entertainment for adults and young adults after 11 the place looked dead that is the only thing I didn't like.

I visited the property for my cousin's wedding. Everything was perfectly arranged from the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour to the reception. The food was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean.

The food was great. Service was awesome. Spa was really nice and hydrotherapy was included. They were doing construction/remodel in the lobby so I think we scored a deal. Honestly it was totally worth it. I have been to Cancun 8 times in the last 2 years and this is one of my favorites if you are looking g for a family resort.

Staff are great, all across the board, just too many kids ( nothing against them ) its just parents have a different mindset, its supposed to be all inclusive but if you go to the argentinian restaurant the steak is not included, same with the Mexican, the ocean was dirty from seaweed...smh overall its not worth the money..

Very clean family friendly areas adult pull bar great food was great several options from American Italian Brazilian steak house. Great experience for just adults or family groups
