The property is amazing; they have two sides where you can swim in the ocean. However, on the east side, there was just a lot of trapped seaweed. Also, around the pool areas, if the wind is strong, the umbrellas can't be opened. So plan accordingly. The resort had a lot of dining options. The gym was extremely well-equipped, and the staff was amazing.

We just returned from an amazing stay at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and we are already planning our next trip. The standout feature of this resort is hands-down the incredible staff—everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out to the team at Casa del Café; they starting our mornings off perfectly every single day with amazing service and great drinks. While our daughter was having the absolute best time at the KidZ Club, my wife and I were able to fully unwind and enjoy a day at the Zen Spa, which was fantastic. It’s rare to find a resort that hits the perfect balance of romance and relaxation for parents while being an absolute blast for kids. We can’t wait to come again!
