The Hyatt Zilara was beautiful and staff so professional and helpful! Restaurants were delicious! Speakeasy and new sports bar was fantastic! This was our 3rd visit to Zilara and will go back! We truly relaxed in pool and cabanas during the day. We loved the swim up bar.

This place is as close to perfect as it gets. The new renovations are beautiful, and the people are even better. It's not just 1 or 2 of the staff, there is a culture here, and it shows in EVERY staff member. I will continue to return and would suggest Zilara to anyone.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. I do not have the words to describe how good and luxurious this hotel and the staff are. Food is terrific, facilities are excellent and the staff are their jewel in the crown. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is outstanding. The renovation has nailed it. Everything is excellent including the food. But do look at the machines in the gym. The Hyatt Zilara has the best gym in Cancun but a few machines were out of order. Other than that it’s the best hotel in Cancun. I love it. Will keep coming here.

Service and staff were phenomenal. Very nice and well maintained property. Food was generally excellent. But if you want quiet, this may not be the best place. Afternoon entertainment was loud and thumping and extended to the quieter areas. Still a great resort and I cannot overstate how great the service was.

We really enjoyed our trip, and the staff and the hotel's cleanliness were awesome. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and welcoming, and we are definitely going back next year. Our room, 608, had a great oceanfront view with a jacuzzi. Just loved everything about the Resort 😍

All the staff was very attentive. The hotel was very clean and the food was great. The only thing that was disappointing was that due to the time the ocean had to much seaweed. The hotel needs better night entertainment.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun didn’t immediately wow me at check‑in, but the staff completely changed my mind. The real magic of this resort is the people. David and Victor at the SĪ LÙ restaurant were beyond welcoming and attentive, turning every meal into a special experience and making us feel truly cared for. I also want to shout out the bartender with Joker tattoos at the bar—he went above and beyond for my husband and me, creating personalized drinks and making our evenings unforgettable. Because of these incredible staff members, I went from unsure about returning to already wanting to come back.

The wi-fi cut and cable cut out on my 2nd day in the afternoon for at least 4 hours. Right in the middle of the day- where one seeks respite from the hot sun and humidity, wanting to get ready for evening activities. Also, I wasn't thrilled with the AC limited to a low of 21 C (where I prefer to sleep at 17 C). I closed the thick sliding doors in the evening and it wasn't a problem sleeping at night. The beach had sargassum and it could have been maintained a little better (if I have to be honest), although, overall the view wasn't terribly spoiled. Staff were attentive and made you feel welcome. Thanks staff!

I dont have enough word to form a review to describe my experience. from check in to check out , i had queen treatment. Staff as a whole work together to make everyone feel so special and welcome. From Edgar at check in, to Both Daniel's from Speak easy to Resort reservations, to chef Adelita and the main chef Del, the gm, the wait staff, entertainment staff, to diana at the gym. I am thankful from my heart for the time I had. my 40th Birthday was well spent, thank you again, ill see you soon
