My family and I love this resort. Everyone is always so welcoming. Our butler Jessica went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Erica who works in the Italian restaurant is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. She was always the highlight of our day. Even with renovations happening, our vacation was perfect. Every member of staff at this resort are incredible. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

This was such an amazing resort. Our butler was simply amazing and took such good care of us. the service in all restaurant's/bars were fantastic. The resort was super clean. Will will be returning. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive with the butler service.

The Property is beautiful! The staff is very friendly. The buffet food is okay so we just ate room service or at the Italian restaurant most days. The resort isn’t too busy even with full rooms. We had the beach to ourselves quite often. We highly recommend the villas because you get unlimited room service and butlers come to you on the beach to order drinks. I would also recommend going after December so the other restaurants will be open. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and had a good time at Grand Park Royal Cancun

Great service all around from ALL departments; the sweetest and most helpful staff. A lot of the food options we were excited for were closed for renovations, but what was open was decent enough for the week. Clean and well maintained resort. Easy access on the beach as well. Beautiful grounds. We booked a swim up room and absolutely loved it, considering doing a plunge pool room next time, having access to the private pool was lovely considering the pools close overnight and don’t open until 8am. We were able to watch the sun rise from our room/pool, and we were able to catch a beautiful sunset over on the lagoon side at a rooftop bar. GREAT ENTERTAINMENT STAFF as well, you’ll have a very fun time, regardless if you’re going as a family or for a baecation. We booked the jungle tour from Aquaworld through our resort and I cannot get over how well it went! Overall, we had a great time and can’t wait to be back!

Pros: the adults only pool with drinks brought out to us, rooftop bar was wonderful, perfect view of ocean, staff is incredibly friendly. Cons: closed restaurants, loud work being done on property, food was mediocre at best, once we didn’t decide to do their timeshare (after two and a half hours and not 90 minutes) our concierge didn’t acknowledge us again. In short, it was a great experience but we wouldn’t come back.

We did not like the welcoming where you are invited to a welcoming dinner or breakfast which is not other thing than a moment to offer you ttime shares, people go for relaxing time not to get that kind of sales pressure.when you refuse to play along the game, you notice a sudden change of attitude from very nice to weird vibe.we liked very much our experience at the resort, very clean, good shows, family oriented, very polite staff, when you tip properly the waiters/tress, they treat you like a king.food was reasonable good .

Everything was great. Going through their presentation and their salesman pitch/tour about their club membership was annoying though. Those two hours felt like a car dealership
