The staff was on another level, they were so polite and would remember you from day to day as you were not just another person to them. Stayed beginning of June for 4 nights. Wonderful resort. I have stayed at 6 other "brand" resorts in the Cancun area in the recent years and this was my first time at Live Aqua. If you are looking for luxury with a calm, relaxing atmosphere - this is the place. The pools and cabanas are wonderful, excellent beach (minus the seaweed, not their fault). So many little surprises we stumbled onto just walking around and exploring the pool area. They had the BEST food I've ever had at a resort! The evening dining experience was top tier. (Ask for Caesar at the restaurants, he was so fabulous with recommendations off the menu and will completely take care of you!) Not a party resort at all; just for peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this resort to anyone.

The resort is very nice is you want to spend relaxing vacation wonderful service Exelente food this is the place, Chef Germain and his staff will surprise you with amazing dishes at all the restaurants. Usiel at the pool bar is always attentive and eager to please you, and the towel staff are very friendly as well. I especially want to mention Edouard, who made us feel at home. All the pools were very well maintained, never crowded. The barbecue chicken and rib at the pool were fantastic, the best experience ever.

Live Aqua is one of my favorites resorts in Cancun. It was our 8th time there. That should say it all ! We love to see people like Oscar, David and Ruddy. Faces we recognize from all the visits ( and they recognized us too) . It’s like you’re family. If you can get a butler. Ruddy and his team go above and beyond for everything you need. Beautiful resort! Great amenities, well appointed rooms and good location. Very adult vibes and the food was exceptional. We loved all of the little extras like the beach bag and flip flops. Will definitely recommend to couples.

The hotel served its purpose for sure. We really enjoyed the beach! But the room had dirty towels when we arrived, they forgot to clean it one day (they did come right away tho when I called to complain which was good), and all of the restaurants had 1+ hour waits and the food was not appealing at all. Breakfast was solid. A lot of people did seem to enjoy their time there, it was very busy and they all seemed happy! Most of the staff was great. But tbh I wouldn’t consider it 5 stars or luxurious.

My stay at the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was always professional, attentive, and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room service exceeded my expectations. Overall, everything at the hotel was exceptional. The activities organized for guests were enjoyable, well planned, and conducted professionally, which made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. For me, everything was excellent.
