The Hotel is in the star of the hotel zone so it has less people and a more mellow vibe
No towels, AC was not working and Hair blower but everything else was okay.
Beautiful and safe place. Quality and nice furnishings, friendly staff.
It was a beautiful house and the host is very nice, breakfast was very tasty. But we had pretty scary moments starting from at the airport, as the taxi drivers said this Bonfil neighborhood was sketchy and not safe. Then when we arrived we didn't see the owner, thankfully someone happened to be there ...
This is a very nice property. The rooms are huge and very clean. They have a sushi buffet every day and I'm not a sushi person so I always had to order from the menu. The breakfast buffet was good and they have green juice which is awesome! There was a good variety of foods. Make sure you get your ...
This place is a gem! Rosalyn and Nati hospitality is beyond belief. They go out of there way to make you feel live VIPs in there house. One issue and it was Orbitz fault, they did not properly booked our rooms like the said they did, Rosalyn didn't get any notification, she had to call them to fix ...
Great deal.. friendly helpful staff and close to shopping and the beach.
This was a pleasant stay. The place was like a villa and peaceful. The owner went out of her way to meet me and make sure all amenities were available (wi-fi, bicycles, directions to local restaurants) She was truly helpful. I would stay here again and I recommend hostels only 4 you.
The accommodations were great! There is 24 hour security and gated parking. The rooms were very clean! The air conditioning was awesome! The staff was friendly. It is really affordable, which gave us the ability to enjoy more tours during our time in Cancún!
This was such a nice surprise. A wonderful B&B atmosphere. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating and the house is beautifully kept and charming. I totally recommend it. A++
Nice place. Breakfast was good. Friendly.
Gorgeous enormous pool which is not typical for Isla. Every person that works there is very friendly and helpful. The manicured gardens and view are lovely. The restaurant serves a delicious menu. This is my 2nd stay in 6 months. I like that it is located mid island and away from the hustle bustle ...
Simply paradise with top of the line service. Expensive but you are so wrapped in beauty and elegance that you forgive it
Went here for my anniversary with a group of friends. At first we were placed into the wrong room but the front desk staff was quick to fix this and move us to the correct room. All of the staff were super helpful. We especially loved Viktor on the beach and the bartender Gerardo. The only downside ...
Are you tired of having to pay a pet-sitter, or boarding your pet at a care center when you leave for your vacation? You don't have to leave your pet at home while you're gone–we are here to help. Many travelers, especially those traveling domestically, do not want to pay for expensive kennels or catteries. You'll enjoy your vacation even more with your feline or canine companion at your side. It can be common for resorts to accommodate this demand, especially now that you're booking with AARP Travel Center Powered by Expedia®.
When you and your pet arrive in Cancun, you'll likely want to go exploring. After all, why would you bring them all the way to Cancun to keep them locked up in the resort all day? If you're bringing your dog with you, you can bring them out to dog parks, pet-friendly restaurants, and stores. If you do not know where to start, speak with the front desk, and they will help you come up with plenty of ideas. And if your cat or dog needs to rest when you have plans, we'll help you set up some pet-sitting and dog-walking services nearby. There may even be a pet-sitting service available, so make sure to check when you look at the hotel details.
At AARP Travel, you'll spot that we have an extensive list of pet-friendly hotels. Some of them do even more to make your stay with your pet enjoyable. Some hotels have conveniences, like posh beds, food bowls, gourmet treats, pet menus, and dog-walking services. Remember that several resorts require added requirements, such as height and weight restrictions, as well as fees or deposits for guests with pets. Some hotels, including certain chains, offer free pet stays, but a typical surcharge in US hotels is around $25 per night. Forget about calling the pet-sitter. Instead, round up your cat or dog, and make your hotel reservations today.
