The property was beautiful! It had several pools and the pool near our room hardly ever had people so it felt like a private pool. We ate at one of the restaurants and the food was excellent! Outside the property was a bus that takes you to downtown Cancun for $1. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! I have had a great experience here and would definitely go again!

Booked last minute after our flight was canceled. Great accommodations for our family of 5 (kids ranging from age 6 to 20). Private bedrooms in the villa with two bathrooms and full kitchen, plus balconies. Pools were fine too. Beach access easy (seaweed season so we just enjoyed the sand from afar). Friendly, helpful staff. Good food options on-site and close to strip.

The entertainment team was excellent (Ana with name that song, Guillermo’s cooking class and the stretch instructor). The beaches were regularly cleared of seaweed. The pools were well kept and beautiful. The servers were very helpful.

i loved how the hotel had access to the beach and there were no seaweed in it, especially being in season. it was maintained and staff were friendly for any guidance or questions to answer. no complaints with the hotel. the hotel is on the quiet side of cancún which is nice, about 30 minutes to the city of cancun and an hour to playa de camren. i found it to be accessible for my trip
