Close to airport, nice, clean. Too bad the dining room was closed. I like to eat there, nothing close was open. Taxi ridt to airport continues to be super high, shouldn't be. But overall, hotel was great, keep the price reasonable, and your staff were excellent! I'll stay there again!

The outdoor hot tub was the best ever, never saw one like it. Check in was easy shuttle to airport on time and food excellent.

Great amenities, excellent service, beautiful and pristine hotel

We have come 2X to the same spot and have loved it both times. The beach water is smooth, sand like sugar. Never feels overcrowded even when they are full like some of the Mega Resorts. All the staff are very nice. Hotel is outdated but works well for that price. Located between downtown and hotel zone, very close to a beautiful beach and lagoon. Restaurant is good as well and very affordable.

Great pool, very spacious room, very clean. Bathtub as well.

The Activities, atmosphere was amazing. I think there should be a vegetarian options or Halal food options for Muslims.

The Altitude hotel, restaurants, bars, and service were outstanding. We've never had such great service and we'll definitely return for our next vacation.

This particular condo is on the fifth floor of Cancun Plaza condominium with great view on the pool and the ocean. Pool is big and very kids friendly. Beach is two minutes walk downstairs from the pool. Restaurant serves basic food that can be better. I recommend renting a car and driving around ...

Be cautious as some of these are not managed by hotel. So if you need extra towels etc you have to get ahold of the person who will be emailing you and wait til they find the person they hired there to notify them of why you need. And than maybe you’ll get assistance.

Personnel was always helpful and very kind, food was excellent!
