I truly felt right at home during my stay at One Cancun Centro Hotel. The entire facility was comfortable, clean, and very well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make my visit as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I also really appreciated the private pool area, the spotless lobby, and the convenience of having reasonably priced snacks, sodas, water, and fresh sandwiches available at any time. Great budget accommodation. Everything you would expect from a regular hotel. Everything was clean. The only issue I had was with the body wash and shampoo. I think the bottles basically had the same thing, and they were very low quality. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

Good place to stay short term.

We stayed one night for a layover when travelling. Small room but clean and friendly staff. Pillow was not great for my girlfriend and the water was not very hot for a shower, but other than that good experience. Good, fresh breakfast in the morning!
