"The hotel never contacted me prior to my trip to let me know they had closed. I was left looking for another hotel where to stay at the last minute. The security person at the front door did not how to respond to basic questions. Terrible experience!"

"The room is close to EVERYTHING!! Shops, mall, beach, bars, restaurants, massage etc, .... everything's HOWEVER..... you will hear the loud music from your room from 5th ave until 3am. "

"Wonderful hotel with a beautiful pool and free Mexican breakfast. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay when in Merida. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was that tv was all Spanish and since it wasn’t a smart tv, had to watch news on iPad. Not a big deal as it was an amazing price for such a nice place."
