Absolutely loved this hotel and would come back in a heartbeat. The sea view room was worth it. We spent many nights sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Everyone is super nice and very helpful. The water was safe to drink which made life easy. The complimentary breakfast every morning was very impressive with fresh fruit, made to order pancakes, waffles and omelets, and plenty of hot foods including chorizo, sausage, chilaquiles, and chimichangas.

The hotel is nicely located within the city. It is a bit old, the bathrooms are small and old fashioned. My partner was temporarily disabled and it was difficult to get in and out. The breakfast was great and most of the staff were very helpful. However, some staff seemed completely untrained, I assume they were just hired but still training is required for smooth operation, i.e. the management perhaps could place some effort into training.
