I booked a room with ocean view, however, upon my arrival I was told I had not paid for this. Also, one of the main elevators was not working so we had to take two elevators to get to our room. Food was not all that great and water for the shower was extremely dirty, coming out brown most of the time. Nevertheless, I give the staff a 5 star. They were great.

The staff was great, spoke English very well. Jesus A. was especially helpful. The room was nice and had a great view. Food at the buffet was good, easy to access and readily available. I was especially happy with Gabriel at the amenity desk, very helpful with excursions and local fun.

We did not like anything at this hotel. Waste of money. The food was terrible and extremely overpriced, the pools were dirty, the AC never seemed to work and the bathroom and shower smelled like sewage. The drinks were watered down and expensive. The check in and check out staff were rude, abrasive and condescending and inflexible. We've traveled to Cancan several times and this was far was the worst hotel we've stayed in. Lesson learned never to stay here again nor would I ever recommend this.

The rooms are somewhat luxury well kept and clean but there was little ants or something that if you leave food there they will have a nice meal. Fridge was broken and they replaced it right away,elevators and hallways not maintained. Staff very polite and courteous ! Overall everything is fine but since I booked with EXPEDIA they fool you when you choose your package by showing you the room with ocean and pool view and they ended up giving a 5th floor room. It's now emporio so I recommend book straight with emporio hotel to avoid this inconvenient! Pools great Food great Staff great I will go back to the same hotel NOT USING EXPEDIA because always something with them!

This was my first time at a resort and Emporio did not disappoint. I had a swim out room and the views were absolutely stunning! I had the all inclusive package and it was definitely worth it. I will be back to Cancun and Emporio.

All staff were nice and friendly , we didn’t do all exclusive but we did get 15% when we decide to eat there . We did adventure out and did a lot of sightseeing and they were able to help us reserved a tour for us which was scheduled 2days ahead. We also have ocean front view and we loved it and worth it. The adult pools were strictly for adults but they did have 2 pools for families and a kiddie pool for the toddlers. Every night at 8pm they have some entertainment schedule and that was fun to see and experience.
