Beautiful, grand hotel well-located at the top of Nob Hill.

Beautiful place to stay, great location and extremely helpful and friendly staff!

The room was a bit noisy and the bathroom shower head was not properly installed.

Location is fantastic. Staff were wonderful from the doorman on the way in until the last bottle of complimentary water was handed out at checkout. Rooms were well organized and very comfortable. Views from the 27th floor of the city were great as were the blackout shades for a late sleep.

I liked that when you first walk into the building it looks really fancy. The long hallways kinda gave off The Shining vibes but the actual rooms we were in were nice. I had a couple issues with the rooms themselves. One, that flushing the toilet was a challenge because of how the actual flush mechanism ...

Easy check-in with professional employee. Airport shuttle was fine. Room was clean and comfortable.

An excellent hotel with great staff. This place is under-appreciated. Melissa and the front desk team were so helpful with coordinating the free airport shuttle, etc. The rooms are nice with quality showers and good water pressure. I would return wothout hesitation.
