It had a very modern but Victorian feel too it. Deffinetly was treated like a 5 star by the workers. Great food and drinks. Needed glasses from guest services and they brought them in 1min.

Big room and bathroom. The bathroom shower leaks a lot of water outside the standing shower. There were small bugs coming from the shower vent. Lobby was nice. Had plenty of places to sit or work.

I felt very well taken care of during my stay. All my needs and concerns were attended to. The maid did a very good job every day turning the room and ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. And I felt the front desk staff knew who I was and cared to ensure that I had a positive experience.
