Our stay at the Ritz was lovely. The rooms are quite nice, the beds are very comfortable, everything is spotless. The amenities are wonderful. I will say that the staff really make the hotel experience outstanding. Room was nice and big. The only negative remark is that we had noisy neighbors that keep disturbing pur rest. Thei restaurant has yummy food

Hotel and staff were excellent. My first only complaint is about the shower. It’s an over the tub version with a shower curtain. A hotel of this caliber should have walk-in showers. The shower head was fixed and not adjustable, which made it impossible to stay out of the way when it turned on…and sprayed everywhere.
