We stayed at the Fairmont for my step-daughter’s wedding. It was like walking into a movie for the Va girl. It was beautiful, clean & welcoming. Everyone was so nice. Especially enjoyed Justin the bartender & Cameron who checked us out. Is it expensive, yes, but it was definitely a trip to remember!

Absolutely love this place! Gorgeous lobby, helpful staff, great views. The daily activities were fun and our bartender in the bar was a delight! The only disappointment was the coffeeshop. It needs to be updated and the quality of the coffee and pastries really needs to match the food city that it's located in. Other than that a great stay and will happily return!

Iconic grand hotel - signature suite was very comfortable although bathroom was a little dated. Cleaning staff was excellent. Hotel dining - in room and Laurel were sub-par. Cirque bar was good for breakfast and drinks but not always open.

Suite number 8 has the best view in San Francisco! The Staff at the Fairmont was incredibly friendly, a truly memorable experience. Our room was haunted by a hunchback looking ghost, we understand the hotel is old and historic, still worth the stay.

We got THE suite on the 19th floor. Absolutely stunning. So much room. Amazing views. Comfort. Luxury. Super great service and nice staff. Timeless classic star. It was my birthday and celebration of our engagement. We hired a photographer for our photos. Everything was incredible. Amen!
