I absolutely loved the bar, they were very kind and friendly, we all had a good laugh

We had a clean spacious room on the 19th floor which provided an amazing view of the city and the Bay. The staff was friendly and professional, special shout-out to Mavis at registration. Highly recommended place to stay in San Francisco.
