Hotel was amazing! Very nice view, room was always cleaned when we returned from our activities. Hotel staff were friendly. And the location was near everything (Pier 39, California cable car, China Town, Ferry Building etc). Only downfall was the cost of valet, but we ended up using the parking garages near.

Location is unmatched. Traveled with 2 under 5 years old and we felt safe, property was clean, and we used public transit to get to everywhere we needed. Walking to the ferry building for easy food was such a nice perk with littles.

I had a great staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The front desk gentlemen made a great suggestion to get their breakfast and snack buffet. That was so worth it, and the food and snack were fresh and pretty tasty. I would be coming back to this hotel.
