The hotel was very clean. During check-in, we noticed a few minor issues. The initial room had a strong rotten or sour smell that was unbearable, so we requested a different room. The second room was better, with a lighter odor, but it was on a lower level where I could hear the noise—which is typical for SF, I assumed.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Special shout out for the valet staff. They were the best! They helped grab my car when needed and helped me unload and load and were truly the extra hands I needed when traveling with two toddlers.
