Positives -The room was large, clean and convenient to restaurants. Great private deck. Free parking under hotel in large lot was nice. Walking distance to marina. Negative-while the room and hotel are very nice, if you’re hoping for oceanfront/water views it’s not possible. Yes, you’ll see the water in the distance, but there is a road and a parking lot in front of the hotel. Once the door is open, you’ll hear constant road, motorcycle and car noise driving by the place. (I was on top floor) the doors also slam hard when closed creating noise for every door closure. It feels overpriced, for the simple fact it didn’t feel like a true waterfront hotel.
