Employees staff are very friendly and professional.

Way different than pictures and reviews. Id like a tefund please. We did not end up staying there.

Nice clean hotel in a quiet location. Staff are great. I stayed for 1 week and the only issues I had were as follows- not enough parking spaces. I regularly had to park off site but no real drama. Great staff, great location, shuttle service to and from airport was great. Only issue is no elevator and we stayed in 3rd floor which makes it difficult to get your luggage up and down but other than that it was very nice.

Great price for a suite, although the room smelled a little bit moldy.

The room was sweet and clean. It was a double and it had one bed was in a second room. don't see that often. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Don't let the outside of the hotel fool you. The room is super clean and modern, friendly staff are remarkable, and the breakfast is of high quality. The view of the bay is amazing. But if you are looking to see golden gate from your window, you will be disappointed,

The building was very nice. Dining area was open and great. But the room furniture, bathroom, curtain and carpet needs immidiate and in dire need of renovation.

Historic beautiful hotel but Cost of rooms are pricey
