Hotel was clean, and worked well for our family. The airport shuttle was very useful. On a couple occasions we asked for extra linens, only to never have them delivered, which was a pain. The hotel is also feeling a little tired. Some pretty significant wear in curtains and paint in public spaces, and the mattresses were some of the worst I've experienced in a Hilton property ever. They should have been replaced years ago.
