"I don't know why this property does not have a 9 rating. For this price point you get a big room and balcony overlooking the most blue water for under $100. Yes, some things are not brand new but I rather spend my money on this place and go enjoy my favorite restaurants around the island (Sonny's Pizza my favorite in the world). "The property is well located, it’s a walking dintace from the Main Street with bars and restaurants and only two block from the beach. Very convenient . The condition of the building is ok, the units are cozy but don’t expect luxury . The first room that we were given had a problem with the AC unit , so the staff offered to move to a different room, that’s was very nice from them. "
