We absolutely love the Haven. The staff are amazing and the food was delicious. Our concierge Nacho always goes above and beyond and is a true credit to the hotel. Caesar at the serenity pool is great and he can’t do enough for everyone. We loved our stay as always and will be back in February.

Great experience, everyone was super nice.There wasn't many options besides pork for breakfast, which is a disappointment for some that doesn't eat pork

The customer service and hospitality were amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay ,extra special. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. I miss all of the wonderful staff that made our stay ,extra special. They also had beautiful recommendations for places to visit ,as tourist. I would highly recommend this resort.

This place is perfect for couples and solo vacationers. Staff is very respectful and nice. I had the swim out room with ocean view . Air conditioner can be better in the rooom. wish they had more night activities, and entertainment. it being an all adult resort. All in general a great vacation.
