My room #25 had a nice view of the courtyard, the pool, abd some ocean viewm. The king size bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I could say was that the bathroom sink faucet needed an aerator. When turned on, some water spray would get on the counter. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience.

This hotel was poorly managed. Staff was very cooperative but no maintenance help. The fist room had no A/C so we requested to move. The second room was not much better. The A/C barely worked and made a horrible noise not to mention the toilet was stopped up and the sink was full of black hair and wouldnt drain. I told the front desk and she handed me a plunger, which was half boken. I cleaned out the hair from the sink. We stayed one night there then requested another room. The 3rd room the A/C did work but still had plumbing problems. When we ckd out we were charged $60 for moving 2 times. REALLY? This could be a very nice place to stay but it's in dyer need of repairs and up grade. The price was great and location was awesome. Breakfast was good too. Won't be staying there in the near future!

The property was in the perfect location...beachfront property. The pool area was stunning and the staff very friendly. If I go back to Isla I will stay there again. Love the baloney that overlooked the pool and the beach. Property was kept spotless.

Loved the hotel and the staff. We left a nice all inclusive resort Ventus Ha in Puerto Morelos due to a bad experience. Villa Kiin was amazing. Beachfront, nice staff and walking distance from lots of restaurants!
