The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was supper amazing and lots of different activities and entertainment. Not a lot of beach access area for lounging and the seaweed was terrible but I know that was not there fault. Over all resort was very good

Everything was perfect, staff and food and services. Except the beach, we did not get to chance to swim, they are trying hard to clean it but seaweeds are very bad an smell bad. Other than that they are very nice and welcoming.

Everything was great. This was probably the most relaxing resort I’ve been to. Only downside was the seaweed but you’ll have that this time of year. O and the crocodile that was at the end of the beach had me very concerned about even thinking about getting into the water. We literally watched it swim off into the shoreline.

Beach is unusable!!! High stacks of sargassum. The food is really good. The cleaning in the room was terrible. I got a pillow on the first night that had a lot of dried blood on it. Check in and check out were horrible. Felt like it would have been better if I had brown skin.

The pools were gorgeous. The beach area was poor/non-existent. It was covered in seaweed all week and only cleaned up at the end of the week. There were not enough chairs at the pool and a minimal amount of umbrellas. If you didn't get to the pool early, you didnt get an umbrella. The food was great, but there were only 3 restaurants open all week so it became repetitive. The staff was friendly.

The stench due to the seaweed was the only really big negative but there is nothing the property can do about that. The outside of the buildings could look nicer but overall it’s fine. The staff was excellent and the food was very good. It’s located away from Cancun and isolated from other areas. The pool area is very large.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Wendy, James, Miguel, Angeluis and Carlos were amazing and very helpful. They had so many different activities every day. The food was great. I would love to return. Very family friendly. It was just a shame that on the last day the AC went out and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. There was only 1 staff member managing the front desk at that time. We had to walk to the front desk speak to someone regarding an update and that's when they told us to AC was out after waiting for an hour for an update. We moved to a completely different building and had to pack everything up. It threw us off the next day, luckily it was our departure day but were tired from moving. But other than that it was a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Access to drinks and alcohol is unlimited - but the areas where you get them are limited. Food for us was very limited as vegetarians- but the chefs were very accommodating to heat up our ready to eat food that we had taken They had lactose free and gluten free options Swimming pools were amazing Breakfast was the best meal of the day Staff at the restaurants and buffet were very very helpful - but other areas - the staff was very stubborn Super kid friendly Amazing activities Clean and neat areas
