Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The front desk service was outstanding from the moment I arrived until I checked out. This is a great party resort. Pool parties and themed parties at night. Most of the restaurants were great. The customer service was excellent. The only thing my group would have preferred was some different music at the pool when there wasn't a DJ.

Our room had a great view. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. The resort was less crowded this trip than what we have experienced in our other visits. All and all it was a good trip and we would return.

We had an amazing time at Temptation Resort! The resort was clean, the food was really good, and the atmosphere was incredible. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax during the day but also have lots of fun and party, this is definitely the place to go. What really made our trip special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and made sure we were having a great time. A special shout-out to Alodiel, Andrea, Andres, Kenia, Rodrigo, Tania, Italice, and Fermin — you guys were amazing and made our vacation even better! Great food, great people, lots of fun, and an awesome party atmosphere. We would definitely come back to Temptation Resort. Highly recommended!

Always loved this place but this trip the staff were very friendly. We were thinking about upgrading our room and the front desk staff were so helpful with the process. Bar staff are always top tier. Enjoyed the pool games with the playmakers.
