We were pleased when we arrived that we were able to check into a room immediately
Long waiting time for check-in. Not able to set appropriate temperature for AC. All other - every think was fine
Very nice place will stay again. Ray Price and a very nice hotel
The lazy river was definitely the best thing about staying at the MGM. They also had lots of shops and a pretty decent location on the end of the strip. My biggest complaint would be the lack of views from the room. The window was covered by the bed which is pretty terrible placement. We were also ...
The room was extremely clean, loved the style. We were once the 31st floor fountain view, breathtaking view.
Aria was beautiful and very convenient to everything. Totally not necessary to rent a cabana or anything like that- there are multiple free pools (with full food and drink service) and plenty of space for everyone. Lots of food and drink options, great location on the strip, and connects to some ...
Staff was very friendly and very helpful. No matter who I spoke to, asked advice/recommendation or needed help with anything, they were always quick to respond and satisfied any request. Would def stay there again..
The bed was one of the most comfortable. Room was quiet and loved the room check out. Super easy. Only issue is I paid for parking at check in and when leaving it tried to charge me for the night. Pushed call button and it was resolved. Nicest hotel downtown.
I like the location of the hotel. Housekeeping staff was terrific. Fast registration. My only negative would be the walk to hotel from self parking area. The walk is far and confusing.
Personally, I think this is the best place to stay downtown. It's sleek and modern and doesn't reek of smoke. Liked the roof top pool. Don't order a drink up there though. Two drinks were almost $40. Its very near to the downtown loop shuttle, so you can travel for free to the outlet mall or the ...
The hotel is in an excellent location. I found it was easy to get around because of its proximity. It’s just a walk over to the Fashion mall by using the hotels crosswalk. Only down fall is the casino needs a uplift. I found that somewhat dated. However I will for sure stay there again.
The pool was amazing and the staff is awesome...I wish the carpet in the casino was more luggage friendly and that the room had a coffee maker. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again!
I liked the location. I liked that it was well kept.
third time here. Still enjoy the atmosphere, the beach area was a hit as usual. Staff across the board were accommodating, professional and helpful.
Love the resort and especially the pools. The construction is a pain and the wifi in the world tower was terrible.
Check in staff, housekeeping were great. Lots at your fingertips. Everything was very expensive though, $18 drinks at the bars is crazy.
The location is really good - central to the area where I like to spend my time. The renos are awesome and the beds very comfortable. Mandatory service charge is just a cash grab and is the reason that I don't travel to Vegas as much as I used to and why I don't stay as long.
Very clean and well maintained. Lobby is a madhouse due to the size of the hotel so this is expected. Restaurants were better than expected. Pools are very nice and clean.
