A quality hotel that is very affordable on the vegas strip. Its a good place to stay but the rooms are a tad outdated and the bathrooms were in ok working order. The shower was just ok. Not near enough water pressure but ok. All in all its a good deal for what you pay for. Its way less expensive than other hotels on the strip but theres a lot of truth to the saying you get what you pay for.

Upon arrival we had to walk through water to get feom the parking garage to the hotel for check-in. Our room had sunflower seeds shells and bottle caps still on the floor. We had to make two different requests to get the room cleaned. Our room was not cleaned for the rest of the stay. One staff from housekeeping who was cleaning the room next our room in the late afternoon said the tag was on the door until the end of our housekeepers staff which was not true. We took it off and left by 9:30. We did not have service the next day. When we asked guest services about it , they said that if housekeeping passes and you have a Do Not Disturb tag it means you don't want your room cleaned at all. We felt dismissed by guest services and were disappointed by the housekeeping services.

It is a bit far from everything on the strip, so do your research depending on where you’re going. We ended up ubering a lot. The room was clean, the towers are nice, it just gets a little hot inside your room due to how the property is built, but we were out most of the time so we didn’t notice. Room was clean, stay was pleasant, staff was helpful. For one of the cheaper options on the strip, I can’t complain!

The check-in process is done by kiosk. Because you have to pay people and not kiosks. It was easy enough to scan my id and find my reservation. I received an email immediately letting me know my check-in was complete and I would receive another email with information about how to get my keys for my room. After 15 minutes, I found a person to ask about when I will get my email that my room is ready. They told me I should get the email in about 5 minutes - that it usually takes about 20 minutes. When I still didn't have the email or my room in 30 minutes, I got in line to talk with the front desk personnel. After another 15 minutes in line, I finally got to talk with someone and had a room and keys within a few minutes. I can't remember the last time I was expected to wait at least 20 minutes from the time of successful check-in to get my room key. And then that turned into 45 minutes before I actually had room keys. This was at 11 pm, not in the afternoon asking for early check-in.
