I was a little creeped out by the design of the window in my room. The slanted window was not something I was use too. Room was roomy. Older furniture but nothing too recognizable. Great attractions in the hotel and good walking distance to a main attractions to the central area of the strip. Pipes did make sound when someone uses the bathroom from another room which was weird. I was disappointed to not have a fridge.

The property was unique. The rooms were pretty clean. But elevators weren’t working sorry inclinations were not working in our area. So it was a very long wait only two were working. I just enjoy the history involved with the building but maintenance definitely needs to be improved. I give it a three out of five.

The hotel was very comfortable. Of course there a few cons like the elevators, during my stay I heard stories from those who got stuck in there. Thank God that was not my experience, but I was definitely afraid it would happen to me, especially the red elevators, a little bit of a wait and they're all very shaky. Other than that the gym was great & clean! There was even someone doing maintenance on the machines while I was there. The carpets make it very hard to pull luggages, but you'll get over it. The pool area was clean, seating is limited tho.

The room in the tower was moderately clean, some soap scum on the walls and fixtures but nothing that was significant enough to register a complaint. Very comfy beds in the tower, like sleeping on a cloud. Property is definitely starting to show its age but staff were very helpful and friendly especially the front desk staff. We would stay here again but only at a reduced rate or all inclusive package which includes the near predatory resort fee costs.

Rooms were clean & well serviced. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good way over expensive in hotel. Casino - did not play. Self check in was a disaster. All members in my group had difficulty. My 2 rooms were not checked in together, and were going to be on separate floors until I had to wait in the long line to get assistance at the desk. Not staffed at all for the volume of guests. The line was always long & it should have been better stated considering there were soccer teams & spring break guests coming and going. I wasted over an additional hour after trying for over 30 minutes to check in my group. Self Check out was convenient & easier. Dealing with the tournament organizers and the hotels working with the tournament was ridiculous and not seamless. Room cards didn’t work for the 3 of us with vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot. The instructions and directions are confusing. No bar fridge is absolutely robbery for your guests. That shouldn’t be an additional request and cost for any hotel but especially for a family friendly hotel. The pool was under construction which was not advertised & was a huge surprise when we arrived. Parking should be prioritized for hotel guests on big event days. Lot was full w/event attending cars Saturday. 1 from our group didn’t get a spot Saturday til late. Elevators ATROCIOUS! Red elevator took over :30 to get down & check out guests all fuming, complaining at services desk. All hotels s/b NONSMOKING! 100% UNDER STAFFED!!!!!

Having activities in the hotel is definitely convenient. Access to other hotels via the tram is great. Wish there was a kettle for hot tea in the room as well as a mini fridge. Then I could have kept some of my leftover dinner for later and not stuffed my belly.
