Underrated resort, amazing value, would stay again. It’s not the Bellagio but that is reflected in the price, don’t know what so many YouTubers are complaining about. Room was nice, clean, and up to date with a great view of the mountains. Elevators and a few public areas could have used a cleaning but it’s a small complaint. Lots of great exhibits and shows here and at Mandalay Bay which is connected by a skywalk with shops. Pool is being renovated but you can use the pools at other resorts while it is closed.

Clean room Although outdated BUT I hear they are updating the resort slowly, bag handlers super rude, one gentlemen snatched my bag out of my hand and spoke to us like we we dumb when counting our bags to check in. We were asked 5x per day if we were staying at the hotel when in the lobby so we ca hear a timeshare presentation, food was great and restaurant service was super polite.

Having activities in the hotel is definitely convenient. Access to other hotels via the tram is great. Wish there was a kettle for hot tea in the room as well as a mini fridge. Then I could have kept some of my leftover dinner for later and not stuffed my belly.

Room was very nice, needs a little bit of work though. Stayed in the pyramid so the older part of the resort. The bath tub faucet is coming off the wall, the shower head is adjustable height for the holder but it was loose and wouldn’t stay where I wanted it, and the tv had a picture like it was a box tv connected to the antenna on the roof. Tv is not something you really need when you go on vacation so it’s not something I took into account with the stars. The room itself was nice, comfy bed, nice layout, nice furniture, and clean. The resort itself has a lot to offer, and the casino is laid out well. The staff I had the pleasure of working with were polite and helpful. Staying here again soon
