The breakfast menu was grimy and dirty the breakfast was cold and flavorless. The room was dirty the floors and countertops were grimy and there was food caked on the phone by the bed. Staff was helpful. Casino was ok but I not one time gambling did I see anyone serving drinks like I did at the other casinos. I will never stay in the Luxor ever again. First time to Vegas and was very disappointed because the Luxor is terrible. Plus they didn’t even give me the room I paid for.

The rooms were not so good from inside. Wall paper was pealing , popcorn ceiling was damaged and some pealing areas in room. Elevators were difficult to understand because they never explained that only key room works for ONLY designed room/floor. Need to work with staff also they were rude only manager their that tried to help me with all my problems was Nice.

Stayed at the Luxor for Phish at the Sphere. Hadn’t been in almost 20 years and while the hotel has def seen some better days and lots of things could use an upgrade, the place has held up well. The good - checked in early, had a room near the pool and self parking which was clutch and kept our walking time down. The pool was ok but a little crowded because it looks like theyre building a whole new pool in the other space. Starbucks was super convenient and we had a great time playing some blackjack for a while. When I realized I forgot my flip flops, I was able to correct that mistake quickly and affordably in the hotel market. The not so good - the rooms need a face lift. Bathrooms especially are dated and a little dingy but everything was clean. Avoid the late night Pyramid Pizza, one of the few super overpriced items of the weekend and not very good. No USB ports/outlets so make sure you bring an outlet adapter to charge your things. Overall, it was a great value and helped me keep costs down on this little weekend adventure.

The building is connected to a large area of stores, shows and other hotels. There is no place to park for a short term to unload and more to a room. Some hotels allow 1 hour of free parking but Luxor only allows 10 minutes which is barely enough time to get in to the parking lot and out again.

Staff and amenities were great. We stayed in the tower king which looked like a remodeled room. The bathroom had alot of water calcium buildup, which made the gold hardware look dirty. The shower had darkened stains on the floor pan and the bathtub didnt look clean. The bed was really uncomfortable but its a hotel. For luxor being part of mgm i just expected a better overall. We left a day early at 6am and wasnt able to get refunded for the extra after staff told us during checkin that would be possible. I wouldnt stay here again
