Great hotel with lots of opportunities for entertainment. The pool didn't open until 9 am, which was a surprise, and one area of the pool deck was being renovated, but there was still plenty of room on the open side.

I rated the amenities usefulness a 3 since I did not have the opportunity to enjoy any of them, only arriving late the night before leaving. The check-in process was a bit confusing (new tech, old people), but appreciated having access to helpful assistants who could walk us thru the self-check-in. I did not know about the parking being added on to the room to lower the price, but having to obtain a printed receipt, allowed me to find that out in time to take advantage of that due to a very helpful clerk. I do not believe I would not have known this had I used the self-check-out.

The self check in text message gave us incorrect directions to our room and we had to ask a staff member to help us find it. The room had no lock on the door. We arrived to find a room with a wet bathroom floor due to a toilet leak. We tried calling two different times and using the text message service. When those didn’t work we went to the front desk and while that initially seemed helpful (someone was sent to fix the leak and he spent a good amount of time working on it, and the woman we spoke to gave us $50 in vouchers) the next day the toilet was foaming (we told staff about this and no one was sent to fix the issue this time)and when we went to checkout the voucher was not applied to our room. The voucher was later applied but since we spent $43 of it and left the rest as tip, we were charged the tip because vouchers don’t cover that, which we were not told. All in all, would not recommend.
