Avoid completely "A money machine disguised as a hotel — guests are an afterthought." Las Vegas, NV · Couple's trip Check-in — rock bottom The lobby was a chaotic, overcrowded mess. I ended up sitting on the floor — as a paying guest — because there was nowhere to stand and no end in sight. The self-service kiosks are completely useless; they exist for show. I have cleared immigration at the world's busiest airports faster than this. Shameful. Parking — dirty and inaccessible Poorly signed, hard to reach, and filthy inside. This is your first impression. It sets the tone perfectly for everything that follows. Elevators — not enough, full stop A building this size, this packed, with this few elevators is not an oversight — it is a deliberate cost-cutting decision made at guests' expense. Greed by design The casino gleams. The shops are spotless. Guest services? Non-existent. No staff on the first floor when you need help. The priorities here are naked and shameless. Authorities are failing guests by allowing this level of overcrowding to continue unchecked at a property this size. Avoid. Verdict Your money is welcomed warmly. You are not. Do not stay here.

The Luxor hotel was decent, but the staff & understanding that it was my first time visiting Vegas & the hotel as soon as I walked in there was no greetings no sign or help were to check in the staff felt like they didn’t even want to work, I tried getting help but the staff just look like they were there just to collect a check, but that’s not the worst part of it all as soon as I got to my room, & slept my first night I woke up with bed bugs bite marks all over my legs, I had to take off the covers for my own bed, but I had to suffer for 2 nights with these damm bed bugs all over the bed. Worst experience ever

We booked this stay for one night, and followed the self check in instructions where were really easy to follow. The room we booked was a pyramid premier king room, so not the lowest priced option but no the highest either. We were very disappointed when we found our room was on the ground floor which made it extremely noisy throughout the night was it was right next to the elevator for everyone going back to their rooms after being out, it kept waking us up. Also the smell in the room was awful, it smelled like faeces it was disgusting, as we were only there for 1 night and exhausted after a whole day of travel we just didn’t have the energy to complain. We think it was the air conditioning unit as soon as we turned it off the smell was less. We think the filters need a really good clean out if not replacing, we won’t be back
