The room was clean AND quiet! The hotel had a nice pool, places to buy snacks and drinks and easy access for Uber pick up. We came to see a concert at the Sphere and it was a short 10 minute drive away. The tram was also a convenient way to get around and could be accessed from the hotel. All in all, it was a nice experience!

Everything was "fine". We booked 3 rooms for work, and all 3 had some discomfort with the beds. The room had a fridge that was completely useless because it was filled with stupid over priced drinks, and we couldn't put our own food in. In the past, we stayed at the Signature at MGM (which is what we will return to in the future), so we didn't realize what a step down we were taking when we booked at the MGM. My TLDR would be, just book at the signature, it's so much better. But, the MGM staff was amazing, every single employee we encountered did an amazing job, right down to the security guards I needed directions from. Staff is top knotch! ....Facility, slightly less so.

Clean room. Wolfgang Puck has a great breakfast. Make a reservation if you want to have breakfast at Avenue Cafe. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's chilly in the Casino so be sure to bring a sweater. Temperature could be 1 or 2 degrees warmer. Excellent place to stay. Love the Monorail.

We booked a 2 queen room and received a king bed upon arrival. When I tried to correct their mistake, the answer was so sorry we are out of 2 queen rooms for 2 of the 3 nights we were there so you get what you get. I’m like what’s the point of the reservation if you’re not going to give me the room I booked. They did take off the resort fees and gave some food and drink credit but the experience left a poor taste in my mouth. Staff was generally helpful and nice. Loved the lazy river though.

So this hotel and casino are huge. Parking for guests is available but a challenge to find a spot. We were compensated for parking which was a perk. When we checked into the hotel, we were switched to another room, because of this they waived a day of fees (which by the way are $50 dollars a day). Unfortunately, it was already 2:30am so not sure what we were paying for but to sleep. There are plenty of restaurants, but everything is outrageously expensive. Just getting a cup of coffee in the morning was brutal. Expect to wait in a long line at the Starbucks. The room was just mid, nothing fancy, and if you’re traveling with kids make sure they don’t touch anything on the mini bar because everything is weighted. You pick it up, you pay. The pool is the best part of this hotel. But again, the line to get in started at 8:30am (doors opened at 9!). Its a mad dash for the free loungers. But it is beautiful and well kept. We upgraded to the cushioned loungers and umbrellas and it was well worth the price ($100 for two). MGM is right on the strip which makes it convenient to other places. Not sure I’d stay here again just because of the sheer amount of people. But I will say the staff was friendly and accommodating g.
