I liked the idea,of a bar set up in each room but would have Totally liked to have a empty frig that way we could have used it our selves for our drinks we got on strip and our soda we should be offered a choice to have it empty or full and shouldn't be charged to have it empty . That is my only complaint. The hotel was so amazing loved the view of the strip to look out at night we will definitely be back . Was my first time there and loved everything about las vagas!!

Mandalay Bay had all the necessary amenities for an awesome trip. Great room size (actually W Las Vegas - quieter upscale suite-style rooms attached to the Mandalay Bay Casino and close to the walkway to Luxor). Super clean, confortable room. King Suite W has 2 rooms, 1 with King Bed with large ensuite bathroom with shower and separate tub; the other room has sofa, TV, bar counter and sink, and 1/2 bathroom. Close to included beach club. Pools and beach club were also awesome. Font desk staff super friendly and helpful. Free tram from Mandalay Bay to Excalibur. And of course plenty of Starbucks close by. Great trip!

This hotel is one of the first hotels before you hit the strip, it's at the very beginning. It's massive, has tons of things for you to do, plenty of restaurants/shops/spa's. It has plenty of adult only restaurants as well as family restaurants. Lots of things to do w/the kids, they have plenty of pools. The lazy river was my favorite! The rooms are nice, decent size, ample room. They provide you with a fully stocked fridge with water/sodas etc, but it's not free...once you grab it expect to pay for it. We took the tram everywhere, super convenient instead of walking through the nearby hotels. It was a very cool experience. This is a family hotel....loads of things to do w/the kids and the adults get to have fun too. If you're single and don't want to be around kids, this is not the hotel for you.

The property is very clean and well-maintained and seems to be very upscale. The room that we stayed in was excellent in the W it was a sweet and very roomy and clean and airy and bright. The only issue that I had was the check-in line was very long. I used the check-in at Mandalay Bay and then had to walk across the casino floor to the W not knowing where to check in the W has its own check-in line so use it when you get there if you’re checked into the W through the main website also make sure if you get a food and beverage credit that you make sure to mention that at checkout, we utilized the self checkout but still needed help as the beverage credit did not come off to begin with only after I spoke to someone at the front desk did they amend and make sure that the hundred dollar credit was taken care of.
