Clean room, friendly staff, good casino. Only downsides of property is so much under utilized space gives "an abandoned" feel. And overall location is a little out the way. Otherwise it's a good place to stay with great value.

Check in was very fast, they even offer self check in.The Boulevard Suite i got was spacious and beautiful!! The bathroom was amazing.. Room was clean, for a older hotel its nice, we stayed here so ny husband could jump off the Strat.. staff was friendly and helpful..we ate one block away at the $5 dollar breakfast each morning so did not use any of their restaurants

The bathroom looked like it belonged in a hospital, not a hotel. While the staff members were very friendly and helpful, the line to check-in was ridiculously long. Pool hours starting at 10am is late with an early closing time and no opportunities for late checkout.

Property is pretty clean for the price. Definitely would recommend getting a remodeled room, not too sure about the other ones. Has a McDonald’s inside which is really convenient for breakfast/eating late at night. Only draw backs are it being far from the strip but they can’t really control that. But also they charge $300 for a deposit? I’m not sure if that’s standard, I’ve never had a Vegas hotel do that too me but I wish they would’ve told me that upfront instead of dropping it on me at check in. Otherwise staff is alright, dealers are nice.

Everything is overpriced. Have to pay for observation deck even as guest. Pools dirty. Bathroom in room small and no space felt like I was in a closet. Only one of the pools open on the weekend, overpacked. No where to lounge cover by sun. No-win casinos. Over priced food and drinks. Room reserved wasn’t available at the time of check in. Food options limited. Rooms are average compared to circus circus hotel.

The updated rooms were good, they need to clean and dust the air conditioners in the room. The new pool was nice, but the music was terrible, they could go to You Tube and play a pool party mix until they get a D.J in house. The bedding on the pool day beds was horribly dirty, they only use this pool on Friday and Saturday they could wash the bedding during the week. And the white tables by the day beds could use a new coat of paint since they don't wipe clean anymore. The pool staff was amazing, Sam and Alexia are fabulous people to talk with, our waitress Jazmyn was extremely nice also. Benny at the Bell Desk was Horrible and I will be leaving a proper ADA complaint about how he treated a customer with a disability. The Steak house was great also, the food was delicious.

I wanted to share my experience with my recent stay at The STRAT. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and not at all what I expected, especially for what was supposed to be a special anniversary stay. When we checked in, we mentioned to the front desk that we were celebrating our anniversary. Unfortunately, the employee seemed completely uninterested and made no effort whatsoever to acknowledge the occasion or make us feel welcomed. I understand that hotels cannot always provide special accommodations, but the lack of any warmth or acknowledgment was disappointing, especially when we were excited to celebrate a special occasion there. Once we got to the room, we immediately noticed graffiti on the window, which was very unpleasant and made the room feel poorly maintained. The room itself was extremely dark and dingy and did not feel clean, welcoming, or comfortable. On top of that, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the sink was clogged and not draining properly. Having so many issues with the room made the entire stay very disappointing. We chose The STRAT expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our anniversary, and unfortunately, it was not memorable for the reasons we had hoped. I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the combination of the condition of the room, the maintenance issues, and the lack of any acknowledgment of our special occasion really affected our stay
