Check in and check out was perfect. The property was clean. However, it was not maintained. One of the sink’s cold water was not working. I complained twice in 2 days. Nobody came to fix. The USB charging in the room didn’t work. ( They did provide allowance for me to buy a plug in charger), but I would expect these things to be regularly maintained. The two restaurants I tried, were both excellent ( Gymkhana and Javier’s). The poker room was good. The staff was courteous.

Very good stay with a family of 5 in two rooms close to each other. Resort credit helped with incidentals. No complaints as we are relatively low demand family just wanting fun and relaxation. Pool looked amazing but never had a chance to use. Property was central in the strip, thus close to other attractions and resorts/restaurants to walk and/or explore.

The property was well maintained, located in an excellent location, staff were polite and helpful. Amenities were great. We did not have to leave the hotel because there were pool parties, clubs, and shopping on the property. Only bad thing for me was smoking was allowed throughout the casino. In a perfect world, I prefer smoking sections. (Asthmatic ). The food was awesome. Especially at Javier’s Restaurant !!! A must
