This was our first time staying in Lad Vegas and I chose the Downtown Grad based on reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff was very warm and welcoming and it was so conveniently located to all the fun yet just enough away for a quiet restful night. Overall, excellent stay!!! Will definitely be back!!!

This hotel was fairly clean for an older hotel. The staff was great. They were always very accommodating any time I needed anything. Cleanliness in the common areas were great. I think they certainly need to invest some new sheets but overall very good experience

We stayed for 3 days and arrived around 2 PM. The front desk was friendly and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to book here again the next time we visit Vegas.
