I start by dedicating good words to the staff, they do a nice job taking care of customers, both check-in/out and maintenance issues. But the hotel may have some important topics: It's noisy by nature, the roller coaster generates a lot of noise up until late in the night; same with their proximity to the airport, there's an unstoppable airplane engine roar happening all the time, and noise isolation infrastructure from the building is not effective. Location is good, Casino is ok, Restaurants/Pubs ok as well.

It's a nice hotel. Lots to do rooms clean. Beds are nice. We've stayed here a few times. However, the elevator have changed and it's very different than any elevator weve used. It takes some getting use to.

Our stay at New York New York was okay overall. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. We had no problems. The problem we did have was during our stay, which was Wednesday to Saturday, our room wasn’t cleaned once. No visit from housekeeping at all. Not to bring fresh towels or even make the bed. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this has never happened. We were out of the room by noon everyday and still no visit from housekeeping. We won’t be staying there again.

Very nice room! I felt like I got a great deal without it feeling like a budget hotel. Had all the best staff and amenities and I won big at this casino ($28). Great location and clean! Easy to get everywhere and for ride share pickup. Would def stay here again.

Great location near the strip and the rooms are clean. Only drawback is if your room is farthest from the elevator bank, the hallway to get there is long and winding due to the building design.
