The room was very clean the beds were comfy had a good stay except when checking in the woman had made a rude comment. When checking out told another woman about the rude comment how it really bothered me, she was caring and understanding I had also talked to a supervisor who was helpful in resolving the situation.

Check in was easy. The safe in our room wasn't working and it was checked and replaced in a very timely manner, with pleasant, helpful staff. Our 'concierge' was always available and very helpful. Our Mountain Tower room was over a very busy area and had loud music playing late into the night. It was great to be on the strip and close to so many places. We chose Harrah's because of it's close proximity to the Sphere, the main reason for our visit. We were also able to take in 2 other shows, one being Donny, which was great!

Cons: Upon arrival during check in there was an extra fee of $125. They do not provide toothpaste :( and parking is $34 daily. The pool was not open or under construction. They do not clean room daily. Pros: staff is helpful. Hotel smells great. Room is nice and roomy. Over all clean.

A cafe/diner for a quick coffee and breakfast and or lunch with affordable prices would be appreciated by guests staying at Harrah’s. We had to leave and walk to a McDonalds for breakfast twice. The furniture in the suite we stayed in were extremely uncomfortable. The couch was too low and the chairs were too hard.

Everything was amazing totally impressed! The view the cleanliness. One thing only was the room next to us. They were being extremely loud 2 -3 in the morning I called security they said they would handle it but it continued, loud fighting awnry noisy guests. and I had to deal with that, until I finally fell asleep. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the interiors felt fresh and comfortable. Pricing was quite affordable compared to other options on the Strip, which made it a great value stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the casino had a great vibe—lively and enjoyable. A couple of small downsides: the in-room stocked food and beverages were quite expensive, and the rooms don’t come with a mini fridge or microwave, which would have been convenient. Overall, a solid stay with great service, clean rooms, and a fun atmosphere. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The first room we were assigned had cockroaches in it as soon as we walked in. We went back down to the front desk and the lady was annoyed that she had to move us rooms. I asked for an upgrade and she rolled her eyes at me. I asked what they were going to do about the issue and she never answered. I was handed a new set of key cards and off we went very irritated at how the situation was handled. We got in our new room and it clean (for the most part). There was dark hair all over the beds and the room smelled like a locker room. I call back to the from desk and they pretty much brushed me off. The next day after I left a review on my check in I received a phone call from the manager. He refused to upgrade us and I had to negotiate them to remove my resort fees to make me a little happier. When I got home and went over our bank statement I noticed they still charged me the resort fees. We will never stay at Harrahs again!! One more thing, they never notified us that their pool was closed.
