Had to change rooms twice. Consumed nearly 4 hours of my first day. Not how you want to start a weekend with friends

The hotel was nice and we'll kept. Very busy and a lot of traffic. At check-in the room we booked was given away and I had to argue to get an equivalent out better. Elevators are the worst. It takes 15-30 min sometimes to get an elevator. We would push both up and down buttons and just get on when we could. Very urban/hood crowd and energy. Blow dryers don't get hot enough. Very cheap blow dryers. I asked for another one and it was brands new but still the same cheap white blow dryer. No valet at the time! It was closed. I'll never stay here again.

We upgraded our room to a suite but NO ONE ever came to clean our room!! We were there from Wednesday to Saturday and we had to call EACH NIGHT just to get clean towels. When I called to complain the woman Regina at the front desk said that she would take off 2 nights resort fees but when it was time to check out they were only willing to give 1 night of our 3 night stay which is ridiculous. The excuse I was given was that there were only 3-4 housekeepers for the entire hotel. But everyday they were on our floor but NEVER touched our room. This experience put such a bad taste in my mouth about this group of hotels. I will never stay at The Linq again purely based on the housekeeping and customer treatment.
