A few of the staff were especially helpful and generous. One thing to note is that late night the only option for food on the premises was a little 24 hr spot, Side Betty's and they don't have any dessert/sweets etc and pretty limited variety. There is a CVS right next door to the property though! Highly recommend a day by the pool and the menu there was surprisingly yummy!

Easily the best value for such a great location right on the strip. Had everything I need for attending a conference at the Aria, which is right next door and accessible without even going outside. MGM Park also has very good restaurants on-site, and non-smoking a big plus to keep in Vegas.

Overall great stay. It is mid strip so it was convenient both ways. The hotel has a free tram that runs to the Bellagio and this saved a lot of time and steps! The hotel was very clean and taken care of. The pools were beautiful with a bonus for us of an adult only pool, although the water was a bit chilly in April. The Eataly area was awesome! Great food and a lot of choices

We chose Park MGM over other hotels because of the price. The property is still beautifully maintained, housekeeping very kind, the rest of the service staff okay. We received zero service at the pool unless we went to the bartender. The casino bar staff were not friendly or inviting. Probably not booking here for awhile.

Stayed at Park MGM Las Vegas for a concert and had a great experience overall. Check-in was quick and easy, which made for a smooth start to our trip. We ended up upgrading our room, and it was absolutely beautiful, definitely worth it. The location is a huge plus since everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient to get around without needing transportation. We also loved having great dining options right inside the hotel, everything we tried was delicious and easy to access. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if there was another concert at Dolby.

Excellent customer service! 2nd stay turned into my 3rd. Large rooms, nice and quiet! On site restaurants aren't a tourist trap! It's my third time in Vegas in under a yr and the food is excellent compared to the rest of the strip! Great signage inside! I never get lost and can always find ride share pick up, even after a few refreshments. The Reserve Bar is incredible! Great chill vibes, good music, highly recommended. Close to the airport and a lot of cool places, plus direct access to the FREE Aria Express Tram. Visit the Bellagio and Ceasers, without the hot walk! Did a great job managing the huge crowds for the frozen four. Flight got cancelled after I checked out, came right back, got a great deal for another night before my 6am flight out. Will come return for a 4th stay.

We stayed 3 days 2 nights and unfortunately had ongoing issues with the air conditioning throughout our stay. The problem was reported twice, and while it was temporarily fixed, it stopped working again and was never fully resolved. A technician mentioned there was an electrical issue, and the room remained very hot. The hotel even provided a fan to help circulate the air, which made it clear the AC was not functioning properly. Traveling with a baby, this made the stay especially uncomfortable and affected our ability to rest. I do appreciate that the staff tried to assist and provided some compensation, including waiving resort fees and a small credit. However, given that the issue persisted for the duration of our stay, it did impact our overall experience. The location and property itself are great, but I hope maintenance issues like this can be addressed more promptly in the future to ensure guest comfort.
