This was my third time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience out of all my visits.
The check-in and check-out processes were fast and smooth. However, the bathroom in the initial room was completely uncleaned; the sink was filthy and clogged, and there were still hairs in the drain, so I had to change rooms. The first room they changed me to was too far from the elevator and very noisy, so I had no choice but to request another change.
After switching rooms for the second time, everything seemed fine, so I went out for dinner right away. When I came back, I discovered that the sink in this new room was also clogged. I had to wait for maintenance until 10:30 PM to get it fixed, which completely ruined my sleep.
The saving grace of this stay was the VIP office staff. They stepped in and handled the issues professionally. While the room cleanliness, noise levels, and maintenance were highly disappointing for a returning guest, the excellent service from the VIP team made the situation understandable. This used to be a place I loved, but now I will have to seriously reconsider whether I should come back next time.
