They say you will get your deposit back in 3-6 business days but thats not true. We left our room clean and still got charged and still haven't received a receipt.

The resort is incredible. Its a perfect location if you want to be close to town but also would like to explore the lake. Super clean.

The breakfast was pretty bad. Cold, and there was a dead bug in the eggs. The room was reasonably clean, but not very nice. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown, but not in a great area. It was inexpensive, so that is good, but it was a little worse than I expected for the price.

Nice, clean, simple stay, good breakfast.

Last couple times we stayed there. The pool was closed and the bar closed early.

The staff is rude, never smiles, not helpful in any way. One employee even mention know one cares here. He was the only one that helped out because front desk employees are just on there phones. Rooms were sooo gross like never cleaned properly. Shower drain doesn’t work, sink drain doesn’t work. We were three in the room with a pull out couch and one king bed. We pull out couch looked like it should have been thrown out over a decade ago. The springs just pop through, mystery stains on everything everywhere! Floors were sticky. The ice room the ceiling fell from water damage and it toook employees 3 days to notice, put signs up for slippery and to clean up the drywall that fell . Pool was nice tho. Breakfast was good but doesn’t get replenished very quickly . I wouldn’t recommend this place even for the price I was charged.
