Vacations Close To Skaneateles Lake

Just an overnight stop for us but, was very pleased with the accommodations. Room was clean and bed/pillows were comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

I would not recommend this hotel. We found what appeared to be a bed bug in our room and immediately took it to the front desk. What was most concerning was that the staff didn’t seem surprised or alarmed when we showed it to them. Their reaction made it seem as though this may not have been the first time they had encountered this issue. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

The 1st room I checked in had a mildew smell so I had to switch to another room. Once I turned the AC unit on same mildew smell again a little less this time. Bed was comfortable. Next day took a shower water wound not drain. No maintenance to fix the situation, left for a concert came back water still didn't drain out. Was offered a different room but was too tired to move. Was told we could take a shower in a different room in the morning that was good. I was told they would refund me for the day for the inconvenience was told to call the manager haven't got a response yet. Will post the results when I hear from them. This hotel is definitely a 1 and done.

The room was fine for a one-night stay though I’d probably find a different hotel to stay at next time I’m in Syracuse. They did not have any hand soap available, the bath towel was very worn- I wasn’t sure if it was a fresh towel so I deferred taking a shower there. The A/C unit worked but it was very noisy.
