Hotel worth for the amount charged. Only thing I felt is breakfast could have been a bit more better with few more items like scrambled eggs and fried sausages. AC unit was a bit noisy from time to time.

First of all, let me say the customer service was excellent the young lady at the desk who checked me in was so nice and helpful I needed an early check in due to medication I needed to refrigerate. As soon as the keys were given to me, I went directly to the room. As we were walking, I could smell mildew in the air I mean really bad old mildew smell like old carpet that needed to be cleaned or was wet just wasn’t a pleasant smell then we get to the room and you had to push the door open like that’s not good. Go into the room and you’re hit with wet dirty carpet smell. Spots on an old recliner that was in there , but the bathroom was clean. If I could have found another affordable hotel that night. I would have checked out. It’s very run down and old and I just cannot get past the smell like it’s so bad you can always tell how the place is by the sign the Comfort Inn sign ummmm maybe 3 letters worked but looking into the hotel the dining area for the breakfast the windows are moldy and just yuck I will not stay here again. If it wasn’t for the top tier customer service i probably would’ve left

The 1st room I checked in had a mildew smell so I had to switch to another room. Once I turned the AC unit on same mildew smell again a little less this time. Bed was comfortable. Next day took a shower water wound not drain. No maintenance to fix the situation, left for a concert came back water still didn't drain out. Was offered a different room but was too tired to move. Was told we could take a shower in a different room in the morning that was good. I was told they would refund me for the day for the inconvenience was told to call the manager haven't got a response yet. Will post the results when I hear from them. This hotel is definitely a 1 and done.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 one night to attend the R&B tour. It was in the perfect area close to everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. Even with the hotel being sold out for the weekend it was a calming and relaxing environment. I would stay here again!!

Checkin wss very easy and the staff was nice. The pool was not available which was disappointing.

Luckily, we got one of the renovated rooms so it was clean and spacious and the hotel is in a safe walkable area. Downside was that some of the front desk staff was not very pleasant, in the times you could find them. 2 slow elevators and 1 of them is down, with a sign “down temporarily” but we heard it’s been down years. Our room was said to have a microwave and fridge in description but there was not either in the room and when I brought it up at the desk I was met with excuses about how they are privately owned. Hopefully the renovations coming to this hotel upgrades the overall experience…
