We have been using this hotel for many years. The rooms are always clean and the staff helpful. It is still a little strange checking in to a kiosk. No one really at the desk. Have to call the attendant or see a staff member.

My room and bathroom were clean, even though there were a few worn spots on the night stand. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The sitting area was nice and I appreciated the long desk as I was there on a work trip. LOVED the window seat! For the first time, I checked in the vestibule with a live attendant on a check-in screen machine. The process was fine, just different.

We had a Junior Queen Suite. Large room with couch, plenty of storage. Not so good: Bed sagged in middle and mattress was not very comfortable. In addition, party next door left their TV on ALL Night - some talk show apparently. Initially we thought 2 people were talking late into the night, but we woke up a few times hearing the same noise. By the time we realized what was going on, the night was over. Four days later, I find that the hotel charged us $4.64, even though we had prepaid the room through Expedia. Have no idea what that was for, because we didn't order or charge anything. We won't stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding and only stayed one night. The check in was quick and the people were friendly. The elevator was a bit clunky, but the room was clean. We didn't notice any weird or unusual odors. The beds were comfortable. It served us well and we would stay again.

The property/inn was adequate for what we needed. The room was clean and we felt safe. The virtual check in kiosk was cumbersome to use and I missed having staff to assist. The ice machine was either empty or not working. The hallway had a broken kid’s necklace on the floor that was there the entire time we were there so I know it wasn’t vacuumed. And unfortunately police were present for problems in the parking lot three times which left uncomfortable. For the price I expected more.

The building is old. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived at night. The check-in was done entirely in virtual (Zoom/Teams style video call). It took a couple of tryout to have the cards assigned to our room. But, look, for the price, that was okay. The lady in video chat was very nice. The room itself was clean. So, if you just need a room to sleep, that is more than okay for the price.

Hotel was a little on the dated side but not in a bad way. It was clean, and well cared for. Quiet and no concerns about safety or issues on the property. As I said it was a bit dated, and some things wear more worn than others, but it felt more like coming home. Tons of hot water and friendly faces.
