All experience was great

The pool has limited hours - a 7 pm closure in the summer seems silly when the rest of the strip is up and humming all night long. The shower had little to no water pressure. The bulbs were burned out on the table lamp. Dining options were okay - there was no complimentary breakfast/eating option here. We were issued free (BOGO) drink coupons, but they aren’t useful if you are a sober non-gambler. Yes, there *is* free parking, but that is for EVERYONE in Las Vegas! Every strip employee, temporary day/weekend guest, every visitor who is not staying at Treasure Island … they all seem to have access to this parking garage. (When we were there, it was beyond capacity and we had to wait an hour for others to vacate.) This property should seriously reconsider its resort/amenity charges - I would only return to this property if offered a deeply discounted rate or if they reconsidered the “resort fee”.

Going through to the elevator in the Opal tower there was a resting area with furniture that definitely needs updating and cleaning. The coffee shop open at 4:30 closed at 1 pm. Just when you need a cup of coffee leaving one to Dunkin Donuts at almost $7 a regular coffee. The staff never told us that we should not even touch to take out the drinks in the fridge and replace with our water bottles. There is a charge for taking them out. You can request a refrigerator at $34 cost. Only had 2 wash cloths and two hand towels and towels for 4 people. Had to find nd housekeeping to get more. The bed was not comfortable. I felt like I was on a slant on the side of the bed. Didn’t use any pool nor other amenities and yet charged $59 x 3 for us three adults

Staff was great but that’s about it. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. You can hear everything from the hallways

First we wanna fice a special thanks to Yandia if we are correct with her name, she was the frontdesk who checked-in us during our stay. She was very professional, smilling, very kind, accomodating and very friendly and made sure that our stay will be the best! I highly recommend her! I can tell that she really loves her job and is proud to be working in the Venetian hotel Las Vegas! When we come back yo visit Venetian again we hope to see her again! We definitely had a great stay. The room is super clean, new and superb with the beautiful view! Its so beautiful ans the pool area is beautiful too with so much shades and so relaxing. Its also not too hot in the pool area during summer. The hotel is superb! 1 would rate this hotel 100/10! We will definitely come back here when we will visit Las Vegas again! Everything is perfect here! The parking is also easy and big! Amazing!

Exactly what we wanted. Clean, friendly staff, much quieter than other strip properties. A GREAT getaway.

The property was absolutely beautiful- so well decorated! The staff was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also very kind. If you’re looking for a beautiful luxury property, definitely don’t sleep on this one!
