Great stay at Westgate!!

We always stay at the Palazzo when we go to Vegas and have a wonderful experience. That wasn’t the case this time because the lady at the VIP counter, Amaral was very rude and not helpful at all the systems were down and we were locked out of our room on our last night. She proceeded to tell me it was probably because we demagnetized our keys or try to extend our stay, but it was definitely our fault. She also let me know that she was doing me a favor because I should actually be in the other line it was for VIP only I tried to ask a question told her this is the third time we’ve been down here during our visit because earlier our phones weren’t working she said that if I needed to make a complaint, I need to get in the other long line, this was again only for VIP. I did tell her we just need our keys because we are going to miss our reservation which we did. She only gave us one key. We have stayed there an approximately 8 to 10 times and this hotel is always my first choice. I will now think about other hotels. I did make a complaint over the phone to Robert and suggested that she needed more customer service training because she never let me talk. She made sure I knew I was not a VIP overall the hotel is very nice and housekeeping is wonderful, but they don’t need someone like her representing their company on the front line. When you need help I think everybody should be treated like a VIP. She needs training how to listen.
