Location is excellent. Property has just been renovated and is just reopened. Building is from 1928 but now has a very modern vibe. However, the rooms are small and particularly the bathroom. Some additional amenities are being added as the project is still under way.

The manager, Joe, was very kind and helpful during our stay. Our first room was not in the best condition, probably because the hotel had only reopened a few days after renovation. Joe quickly helped us find a new room, which we really appreciated. The street outside was not the cleanest and there were some homeless people nearby, but that is also part of the New York City experience. The location is very convenient, especially since the hotel is very close to Times Square. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the helpful service.

This newly renovated hotel is an excellent location for theater goers. There are plenty of eating options within blocks of this hotel as well as midtown attractions. You are within walking distance to most of the Broadway theaters and Times Square. Our room was very comfortable. The decor was bright and cheery and we had an amazing view. We found the price to be very reasonable for the location and amenities. The staff seemed eager to please and accommodate. We even met the hotel manager who took the time to chat with us in the lobby. Give us some hotel history and offered us free drinks at the bar. We had a great time.

You get what you pay for! It’s not too bad of a room if you just need somewhere to sleep for your trip! People greeting in the front were excellent! As for the front desk, check in and out was smooth but we asked for an iron and never got it. AC were a lil iffy, the ac wouldn’t run and even if you try to leave it running it would automatically put itself in auto mode no matter what, so in the middle of the night the room would get hot!
