The hotel is beautiful. The entrance is amazing. The staff was very helpful and respectful the minute you get there. There was always someone in the hallways to help you if you needed it. Cleaning staff was very respectful. The rooms are a decent size if you are traveling with one extra person. The view was great. Definitely worth the trip and will be coming back in the future!.

I likes that room was clean and staff was great. I didn't like that bathroom was just too small and it didn't have fan/vent so when you take a shower it gets warm and foggy in the bathroom if taking a warm shower. I likes also that everything was close by .

The staff were great. Rooms were clean but pretty tiny and AC was so loud. They also test the fire/smoke alarms every day, so if you’re sleeping late and sleeping in, don’t! They consistently knock on your door and wake you up.

The hotel is a great location to a lot of theaters. The staff was very accommodating The beds were comfortable. Sometimes the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 12th floor. Several times had to call for wash cloths — they were not left in our room but they brought them shortly after the call.
