We just arrived at ROW NYC and our first impression was “wow!” From the moment we walked in, the hospitality has been exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even checked us in early without any hassle, which was such a pleasant surprise after traveling. Our room is spotless, modern, and very well designed. You truly can’t beat the location—it’s right next to Times Square, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. We’re still staying here, but so far this has been an amazing experience!
