The bed was not cleaned well. There was a lot of hair and public hair throughout the bed. When the sheets were changed. They brought stained bedding sheets. The house keeping staff were friendly

Room was great, big & clean. Staff very lovely on casino floor. Check in was an absolute nightmare! 4 pm line had prob 50 people waiting. I checked in at 7.30 & still stood in line 35 mins. The mobile quick check in didn’t work. They have to do better. Same last time I stayed there.

Our room was very clean, water pressure was great and the water got piping hot! Loved the location. As a first timer to Vegas, we were able to and see so much. Even after walking through all the hotels, I found the Flamingo to be my favorite. Loved the charm! I will be back!!

Staff was friendly during check in. They had plenty of working elevators with very little wait time. Everything was clean. We got the 21st floor with a view of the strip so we got to see the fountain show at the Bellagio and right across from us we had Caesar’s Palace with its beautiful buildings and fountains. Windows were floor to ceiling-wall to wall which made the view even better. Went downstairs in the morning for some of their Cuban coffee and sat in my chair inside my room admiring the morning view of the strip. Check out was easy. Would definitely do this place again. Oh and they had a flamingo habitat within the hotel property. That was pretty neat.

Rooms are in need of renovations. Hotel was under construction which is greatly needed. GPS takes you down Las Vegas Blvd to enter the hotel but that entrance has been closed. Called to get directions and the staff was rude. Checkin kiosk worked very well. You were able to get directions to the room and print the room keys.

It was just all all right for the price. It was pretty good., the location is hard to beat, and I loved the Havana 1957 restaurant and coffee bar with the Cuban pastries in the casino area. Although if you’re looking for a hotel that doesn’t allow smoking, this is not the one as the casino many people were smoking. The rooms were also not great. I was expecting them to be more updated, but our room was not updated and we did not have a view. The shower pressure was insane. We had to lower it on the handle so it wouldn’t blast us in the face. Also, even though we had requested the maid cleaning service when we checked in, the maids did not come in when we were expecting them too, and we had to call down now housekeeping to have them come by. Overall, for the price it was decent, but even the pool was closed for the season so we didn’t get a chance to check that out.

The room was in good condition the staff was courteous. The one thing that upset was the resort fee. We didn’t get free coffee or a continental breakfast and you can run into vagrants in the resort (hotel area) who obviously didn’t pay any resort fee .
