Room cleaner than some I've seen. Kind, helpful breakfast staff, maintenance & male housekeeper. Minimal items for breakfast but what was there is fresh. Has a workout room which we didn't use but was a nice addition. Indoor pool not open seemed to be used as a storage area. 2.5-3 star is about right

What I like With the front desk staff from Anna from next front desk agent was so helpful. Bringing my luggage in staff. workers, help me with my luggage she must hurry the clock in. But she took time for me first, so I had a wonderful stay me and my wife. Thank you very much.

The price is regular but there is renovation and nothing is available. For breakfast it’s all cheap carbs. There were only 10 boiled eggs, they were gone in 15 mins and no more were added. There were 3 of us in the room but there was only 1 blanket. I’ve asked for a blanket at 5pm 1st time, was able to get it at 11pm after I asked for 3rd time and stayed until I got it. Can’t say staff is bad, it just seems like there only 2 people to handle all issues. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, stayed only for 1, couldn’t checkout properly cos checkout doesn’t work after 3pm. Per front desk person I should have received an email with a receipt at 11am after automatic checkout but got nothing. Too many issues for a 3-star hotel. No shampoo in the room unless you ask for it! But the location is great, all sight seeings are close

They owe me money. Couldn't figure out where the charge came from and this charge isnt on my itemized receipt. They owe my card $219.96 . Other than that there was this Amazing front desk lady she was sweet and very helpful to me. The beds are hard. They kept the hotel very clean!

Front desk person was sitting off to the side playing on their phone. Had to ring the bell twice, took another minute before being helped. Not very friendly and no information about breakfast. Breakfast staff very friendly and attentive. Very noisy in the halls and parking lot. Rooms not very sound proof.
